UFC 24

In today's world of multi-format digital recording technologies the UFC-24 Universal Format Converter simplifies multi-channel digital audio transfers. With self-clocking sync from 32kHz to 48 kHz, and resolution of up to 24-bit, UFC-24 supports all common professional digital audio formats, including: TDIF-1, ADAT, SDIF-2, PD and AES/EBU.

Designed to be easy to set up and operate, any supported input signal is instantly available through all outputs. For more advanced operation, user-definable routing allows variable track assignment. The user can store up to six I/O routing profiles for easy, one-button, recall. MIDI interface allows input format and channel routing presets to be manipulated via an external sequencer or other MIDI Controller. Multiple UFC-24s can be linked, with sample-accurate resolution, for transfers requiring more than 24 tracks. LED status indication panels display all system parameters, as well as lock state of the source signal and MIDI settings. This combination of powerful features, ease of operation and affordable price make the UFC-24 an indispensable tool for every studio. It really is a jack-of-all-trades.
